Further Event Information:   Arts and Sciences! Rapier! Please join us for fun and merriment as we celebrate the various arts and sciences that define our community. Whether your passion is for fiber arts, cooking, swordplay, or any other creative pursuit in The Known World, the Shire of Pavlok Gorod cordially invites you to Swords and Needles! This year’s theme is something old and something new. Be prepared to learn an art from someone else.  Rapier: Armor inspection will be at 10AM and fighting will commence at 11 AM. Please bring your Arts and Sciences project to work on or peruse the A&S chest to find a new project. 

Feast: Feast is potluck picnic lunch. Please bring your favorite Medieval/Renaissance or picnic food to share, along with the written ingredients. Modern last names A-H please bring a main dish. I-P please bring a side dish. Modern last names Q-Z please bring a dessert. Please be aware: No shellfish, raspberries, or oranges on site due to severe allergies. Thank you! 

There will be an A&S display. Entry does not need to be completed or have written documentation. Bardic will be held after the feast. Please bring your favorite song, story, or poem to share. A live chess game will occur after Bardic.

Site Opens: 10:00 AM Site Closes: 4:30 PM We must be off site before 5PM when the library closes. Lodging for off-island cousins: Limited lodging, local transportation, and hospitality will be joyfully provided to off island guests in the homes of our populace.
